Stock Market is the most interesting word in business world these days. People want to invest money in stock market and make profit. I have been investing in stock for for several years. At the start I made several mistakes like any other new investor but over the period of time updated myself with good knowledge of the field. Now I am able to make frequent profit from stock market. Here below are mistakes which I did at the beginning.

• Set your gain target for each stock in advance and sell your stock when it is met.
• Set your Loss target for each stock in advance and sell your stock when it is met.
• Never invest more than 1/5 of your cash in hand in a single stock.
• Wait as long as your stock is on growth on profit.
• Never invest in a stock without reading its financial value.
• Never trade with margin money.
• Do your own research in spite of subscribing free or paid news reports on stocks.
• Always be ready to take credit in profit and blame in loss, yourself.
• People may give you high profit assurance like 10% in a day or 100% in a month, you must understand their they are not actually running the company.
• Regularly update your knowledge about companies and businesses.
• However good may be a stock but it may not be the right time to buy it so develop your own strategy of when to buy and when to sell a stock.
• Avoid penny stocks.
